Pre-Registration Checklist

Five minutes of preparation saves days of support tickets later. Tick these off before you open any sign-up form.

Scammers target new sign-ups because they are still learning what normal looks like. Treat any of these as a stop sign.

• Anyone asking for your OTP, MPIN or password, even if they claim to be support.
• A Messenger, Telegram or Viber agent offering to unlock a bonus for a fee.
• A site address with extra letters, hyphens or an unusual ending compared with the one you bookmarked.
• Requests to send money to a personal GCash number to verify your account.
• Promises of guaranteed wins, winning patterns or hacked RTP tools.
