How We Review: Our Criteria, In Public

The point of publishing a method is that you can use it without us, and challenge it where it is weak. These are the checks behind anything 3DJILI says about an operator, and the places where they stop. 3DJILI is an independent guide: not a casino, no deposits accepted, no balances held, no games run. Nothing on this site is scored or ranked.

What gets checked

  1. Licence disclosure. Is the operating company named where a reader will find it, and does the name appear in the regulator's own published records?
  2. Responsible-gaming tools. Are deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion genuinely in the account area, or only described in a footer?
  3. KYC rules. Is verification explained before you deposit, with documents named and timing stated?
  4. Terms clarity. Can a first-time reader find withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering rules and the dormancy clause without a search box?
  5. Payment rails. Which methods exist, and does the site separate rail speed from its own approval queue?
  6. Complaint route. Is there an escalation path past live chat, and is the regulator's channel acknowledged?
  7. Support channels. How many, what hours, and does any of them produce a written record you can escalate with?
  8. App distribution. Does the site describe store availability honestly, or push an installer from a domain it does not control?

Responsible-gaming tools sit second on this list deliberately. A lobby that makes limits hard to find has told you how it expects to make its money.

The limits

EstablishableNot establishable
That a company name and licence reference are published and match the regulator's listWhether that company will pay you, at your amount, this week
That required pages exist and what their wording commits toWhether support is useful on the day you write in
Where a site contradicts its own pagesWhat is happening inside its approval queue
Which payment brands appear and how those rails behave publiclyPayout times, fees and minimums — set by the operator, so check its cashier page
Whether a published RTP matches the studio's figureWhich configuration of a game the lobby is running

Unsourced numbers do not appear. A gap states our confidence accurately; a convincing guess would state something about our standards instead.

Claims this site does not make

  • That we tested a withdrawal — we hold no accounts
  • A fee, minimum or payout time for an operator we cannot query
  • A licence number we have not seen in the regulator's own records
  • A score, a star rating or a ranking position
  • An author name, biography or photograph that does not belong to a real person
  • A max win, bonus value or player count we cannot source

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links may be partner links that earn a commission on a click. The arrangement does not vary with what any page says. No operator previews a draft, no sentence is softened on request, and no page is withdrawn because a company objected. If that were ever the condition, the page would stay and the arrangement would end.

There is no score to buy, because there is no score. A ranking table is the most saleable thing a site like this could build, and not building one was the point.

Dates, authorship, corrections

Pages carry published and modified dates and are credited to the site. We do not invent reviewers, credentials or photographs — a fabricated expert would be the least verifiable element on an otherwise careful page. Corrections are made in the page itself with the date updated, and being shown an error is more useful to us than defending one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this site not score operators?

A score looks objective while hiding the judgement that produced it, and a ranking position is the easiest thing in this market to sell. Publishing the checks keeps the reasoning visible and the conclusion yours.

Do your links earn money?

Some outbound links may be partner links that pay a commission on a click. It changes nothing in the text, and nobody outside the site sees a page before publication.

Can you tell me an operator's payout time?

No. Approval times, fees and minimums are set by the operator — check its cashier page and get support's answer in writing. Independently verifiable: InstaPay is real-time within a per-transaction cap; PESONet settles in batches on banking days.

Do you verify licences yourself?

We compare the operating company name a site publishes against the regulator's published records and explain how to repeat the check. We cannot audit a regulator's files or confirm a licence's internal standing.

Who is the author?

The site, under its own name. There is no reviewer persona, because one we invented could not be verified by you — and no byline is more honest than a fictional one.

Before You Choose an Operator

Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
